I came to this dealership after seeing a car listed for $29,900. However, when I visited in person, I was shocked to find that the “real” price for customers was $8,000 higher, with unnecessary add-ons like GPS and other fees pushed on top. When I questioned this shady practice, the salesperson (an Iranian gentleman) told me, “A smart person would buy this car and even be thankful, not complain. Anywhere you go, it’s the same. If you don’t want it, there are plenty of buyers waiting.” Excuse me? In today’s market where transparency is expected, this kind of arrogance and deceptive pricing is unacceptable. Instead of honesty and respect for customers, I was met with manipulation and disrespect. If you value integrity, fairness, and being treated with basic decency—stay away from this dealership

I didn't like the service; they showed very little interest in the customer. Honestly, it wasn't what I expected from an agency with that kind of prestige, and the customer service wasn't what I expected. I've never had a car delivered without gas and with only one key for a car that price. I hope they improve their customer service. Thanks and regards.
