All my many questions were answered timely and I ended up buying the vehicle

When inquiring about the vehicle from app. the sales manager was quick to respond & kept in touch while getting information that wasn't on the CG app. The environment was low pressure at the dealership. Salesman wasn't trying to push me to buy or to hurry up while I was inspecting the truck.

Not worth my time, they will not help because they say I owe to much on my truck, which is BS because a dealership in Palestine, Texas said they could help me when I get ready to trade my truck in, just let them know.

Harassing non stop contact attempts despite repeated blocking and spam reporting. I will never buy anything here, not even a cup of coffee.

The phone and website set-up with the dealer rep went well. Numbers were established and determined to be reasonable. So we drove 100 miles to evaluate the car and hopefully make the purchase. They liked my car and I liked theirs. When I was ready to make the purchase, the total cost for me to purchase the car more than doubled. The explanation to me by their GM was, "That's just a small amount of money to us." It wasn't to me.

They were professional and very friendly about my needs

Great customer service really friendly and made buying the vehicle easy. Will do business again with them.

Dealer became extremely pushy when I said that I was going with another dealership that offered me more on my trade in. Dealer came down more on price but I still went with the other Dealer who gave me the better price to begin with.
