Well they definitely will respond, but it’s overkill. I’ve had at least 7 different people, if not more, reach out to me via phone, voicemail, text, & email. The final straw for me was asking an employee about the interior of the vehicle & she wouldn’t answer & was insistent that I make an appointment to come see the vehicle. I understand that. But my situation was that I would have to Uber there & the dealership is about 30 miles away, so I couldn’t commit to an appointment right then & there. She was very pushy throwing out different appointment days & times & got frustrated with me not yet committing to an appointment, & she ended the call abruptly. Not cool at all. Received a generated text from the sales manager I believe the day after this call. I responded with what happened & to please stop all communications…& no surprise…I’m still being contacted. They need to keep better track of who is contacting leads. I wish them all well as they do appear to be desperate for business.

Took a long time to get a response. Once I did, Moises was very nice and tried to be helpful. Car was on the lot 75 days+ I was going to go the next day and boom it sold. Had to hunt them down to find this out. A woman texted me a day later (took over 24hrs to respond) tells me yes the car is available! I said are you sure?! She says ohhhh actually it’s being sold this morning. And the salesman told me it sold a couple days ago. ‍♀️ I don’t know… good luck

Salesperson Sincere did a great job! Jerry, used car manager delivered. Financing was a breeze. Highly recommend.

I won’t be buying until March, or April.
