very good but shocked at how much was added onto the price to go out the door. Advertised for $4000 but $1300 was added by dealer fees.

The folks at Beutler Auto were really helpful in helping me get the car I wanted. They aren’t pushy, they don’t try selling you everything, they just do the service you need in the quickest and easiest way they can. They’ve apparently been around since the 40s, and it isn’t hard to tell why.

I seen the car I liked went to Westgate auto we sat down and talked after that it was smooth sailing I left with a good vehicle..

Very professional and straightforward

While the salesman and finance manager were both courteous and professional during my visit, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency surrounding the vehicle I came to test drive. The listing on the dealership’s website showed the car with only 16 miles, but when I arrived, I learned it was actually a service loaner with over 3,000 miles on it. This critical detail was never disclosed beforehand. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the car had over $3,000 worth of accessories added—none of which were included in the online advertised price. These unexpected costs and omissions felt like classic bait-and-switch tactics, which really turned me off from doing business here. Transparency and honesty are key when making a major purchase, and unfortunately, that was lacking in this experience.
