Called for a Ram 1500 Laramie and did as the sales person asked: spent time taking photos and video of my trade. I sent to the number they request. heard absolutely nothing for 10 days. i get a call right at months end and the sales person asked when I wanted to pick up the truck. I'm confused but still interested, so I asked if they evaluated my trade. i was asked to resend the info. When I said forget it, they found the info and claimed they had numbers. When I asked for the numbers, he said he had to have a manager look it up. At this point, I tell them I'm buying a Ram be it from them or someone else. More senseless back and forth occurred. and I said thanks but I'll go somewhere else. I kid you not, 2 hours later I get a text message asking me if I was interested in a Box Truck. Avoid this place at all cost

Bad dealership. They make a deal and then sneak around and add on .. van seemed nice and was set to buy but when I make a deal I expect it stand . They added $ to the deal and then They contacted my insurance ahead of me before I signed the deal for delivery. Very pushy and dishonest and disrespectful salesman .. William Maddox . I think his boss was legit but this guy sneaked around and added on . He sent me a Bill of Sale that was not the deal and when I complained he said he didn’t think I would care. It wasn’t a lot more but it wasn’t agreed price . When I make a cash deal I make a cash deal. It made us a little nervous about the van . Was it what he described? Or was there a problem?

They were very helpful
