I had a change of heart about my last review. I stated that the 2012 Ford Fiesta had serious transmission issues that I was not informed about. After further inspection of the vehicle the trans was operating as well as could be expected. The odometer reading and age of the car lead me to believe other wise. My personal mechanic replaced the spark plugs and I had a oil change. Now my Ford Fiesta is back on the road running smoothly. My salesman Igor went out of his way to make things convenient for me. I have already referred a friend to Off Lease Cars.

I live in the northeast and tired of working on rusted out pieces of junk. I was curious when I saw an ad from Boutique Motors Inc. about a rust free 2004 LeSabre they had at their dealership. Living in Pennsylvania and trying to buy a car in Illinois is a scary proposition to say the least. Once I spoke with Nick from Boutique on the phone the process got alot simpler and safer. Nick spoke with me on the phone several times when I had questions about the car. He called me back when he was tied up with other business. He took pictures of specific items I had questions about, went to the car while we were on the phone and checked specific things for me in real time. No pressure selling is Nick's wheelhouse. He knows what he has to sell, if there is a scratch in the paint he tells you, if the brake pads are at 50% he tells you. There are no surprises. We took care of (all) the deal on the phone Monday afternoon, by Thursday of the same week the car was sitting in my driveway!!!!!

They tried to sell a vehicle that had the engine light on, after asking if they could service it they said the vehicle couldn't be sold. Why would a professional dealer not inspect the cars before showing to the public? They also messed up on the bill of sale a few times, and two salesman telling me two different things about finances. The help seem forced from them, like they didn't want to be there. I wouldn't recommend this place.
