I scheduled and confirmed an appointment two days in advance. On the day of my appointment I confirmed the appointment again, then received a text message saying they do not make appointments one hour before closing. With that they canceled my appointment. If this is how they treat a prospective buyer prior to purchasing I struggle to imagine how they treat customers after purchasing. Due to their questionable customer service I will not be purchasing a car from this dealer.
