Set a meeting over the phone to go look at a vehicle, when I arrived from a few hours away the vehicle had major transmission issues and we couldnt even test drive it. They were not transparent about the condition

I had a terrible experience. I paid $5000 for this car and didn't get more than 2 miles away before I had trouble with it. Within 2 and a half days, the head gasket blew and the engine was ruined. The dealer said that they checked the car in their shop and that it was in good condition. When I asked the dealer to refund me or to allow me to apply what I had spent to another vehicle , they offered to allow us to use a portion of our original payment toward one of two high mileage vehicles. We would essentially be paying $10,000 for a vehicle that has 185000 miles on it.

I’m a first time car buyer with little no credit and Brandon was very very helpful with financing and got me in a 2015 Dodge pick up so I recommend them to anybody that’s looking for a car or a truck
