I have worked in the car business in the past and I do know a really good and motivated finance manager can get car approvals done with certain lenders despite credit challenges. I have just been approved with a lender because a finance manager made it possible despite credit challenges. Do not waste your time with this dealership. They will also shot gun you to every lender even when they said they would not do that. There are hundreds of dealerships out there that will see you as a human and not a credit number.

I had a frustrating experience with this dealership and want to warn other buyers to ask for the full out-the-door price before visiting. The vehicle was advertised online for around $20,000, and when I asked for a price breakdown they initially provided numbers consistent with that price. However, later they told me the online price was “incorrect” and raised the price to $22,000, even after already sending me a breakdown based on the $20k price. On top of that, they attempted to add a $5,000 “reconditioning fee,” which dramatically increased the total cost. This fee was not clearly disclosed in the advertised listing and made the deal very misleading compared to the online price. I understand dealerships may have documentation or preparation fees, but a $5,000 reconditioning charge and changing the price after providing a breakdown feels dishonest.
