We bought an EV and it was not "charged" when we drove it off the lot. We barely had enough charge to drive it home only 20 miles away. Also, the registration with the Florida DMV took longer than it should have and when we tried to follow-up with the processing of the registration, we could not get anyone at the dealership to return our calls.
