I'm generally happy with the car. The salesman was fine. But the time spent there when there was no financing or trade-in involved was too long. I especially despise the $620 "Doc fee" that's added at the end. I think that all of their fees should be built into their asking price. I've spent over $1400 on repairs since I bought it, which makes me question how carefully they had looked it over before selling it. But it is an old car. I'm not mad.

Got deal set up knew I was upside down on current trade in they lowballed the trade in and then we agreed on monthly payment w/ 2k down then they submitted finance app after numerous failed attempts and lower credit score from 810 to 805 and said then would need a 12k down payment. When I said no they then asked what I could put down... I told them I didn't want work or buy anything from them. They sent 2 or 3 more emails and said maybe at a later time we could make a deal

First, the price listed in CarGurus was $16,999. W grr rn contacted by the dealer and confirmed by the website, that price is only valid if you finance $1,000 AND have a qualifying trade in (additional $1,000). So if I have either cash or outside financing, the price would actually be $18,999 which made it above market. Deceptively pricing was a major turnoff. Working with them on a mutually beneficial price if not financing or trade in was not helpful. Ultimately, they offered the $16,999 but still required financing and did not take into account driving 8 hours to get the car, personal expenses, fuel there and back, which made the price not that appealing and the experience was pretty off putting. Would not do business with them again.
