Subaru dealerships near me (Bellevue, WA)

My wife and I test drove this vehicle on a Sunday evening. We went home to talk about it and on Monday decided to purchase it, called the sales woman and they accepted our offer. Due to work circumstances we could not get back to the dealership until five days later, and asked to have them hold it with a deposit and knowledge we intended to pay the full amount on pick up. Anyway,… that was too much of a deal breaker for them. They refused to hold it beyond 24 hours, telling us to call back on Friday and if it was still there then they would hold it until Saturday. This would have been the perfect car for out graduating college student daughter, and it was the first on we looked at. Instead we have opted to expand our search and Michael’s Subaru of Bellevue will not be on our list of places to consider.

I didn't have much contact with the dealer because the car was sold before I went to see it. They did contact me and make an appointment to see the car, and sent several texts to update the appointment until the car sold.

We made arrangements to view car that we saw on Car Guru and had to take ferry etc to dealership. Multiple people contacted us on the morning that we were to view car and we were excited to see it. When we get there, they said"oh, it looks like we sold the car the day before-but we have these other cars you can look at- all prices negotiable..." and proceeded to give all this used car salesman bs and had to deal with this inept and dsyfunctional salesperson. The experience was so bad it was good as we now have our "bad day at a car dealship" story we can share. no wonder the dealership has so many 1 star reviews....

They declined to do business with me because I reside in the neighboring state. I was willing to drive to them and pick the unit up, but they flatly said they cannot finance this vehicle to a customer that's not the resident of WA. I was going to get this one for my daughter, with over 50% down, so she can have very small payment, and learn the responsibility of making payments.
