Hsu called me within a few minutes of my inquiry and we set up a test drive. I ended up going with a different vehicle, but excellent response. I would recommend work with Hsu. No pressure. Great conversation. Very pleasant experience.

Dealer was good but could have been better. There was no hard selling, they were friendly in person, organized and efficient. His responses were matter of fact and had to be followed up sometimes to get a response. The sales person’s responses were partial and did not try hard to be complete. The business manager was very thorough. My biggest disappointment was the detailing of the car which was mediocre at best. Having spend over $65k, I was expecting the quality of detailing to be good.

Wayne, salesman, was very knowledgeable and helpful through and after the purchasing process.

TLDR: Don't do business with this place. We found a car posted on car gurus that had been posted there for 42 days. We would told TWICE by TWO DIFFERENT managers that the car we were interested was available "ready for a test drive" and "the cleanest car you will ever see." We drive two plus hours to see the car. The car was a mess. Covered in sand, sticky child substances, and contained a package of rotten eggs under one of the seats. The center console was full of trash from the previous owner and the 2nd row was missing head rests. The salesman apologized and said they had "just gotten this in" and it had not been through inspection yet, but we could test drive it. We drove it. Struck a deal to purchase it after they cleaned and inspected it. That was on Saturday. I called the dealership twice to request more information and a purchase and sales agreement. The sales manager called me back and informed me that "we found something during inspection. She did not provide specifics.
