Well when I applied for the 2012 BMW X3 i got approved but when I arrived to pick it up the BMW was not running so they sold me the 2010 BMW X3 I really wanted the 2012.

When you inquire you get sent to carmax corporate who try to ask annoying questions like “tell me more about why you’d like to own a. Jaguar”. After she finally transferred me to the store to see if the car was available and if they’d sent some real time photos, no one answered and then no one called back.

Drove 3 hours to buy car based on mileage and price. Car smelled terrible and was very dirty inside. Only had one see of keys. Asked manager to inquire with previous owner about extra key. Never got a reply. Check engine came on very next day. Obviously they did not run a diagnostic before listing for sale. Very disappointing.

Went to the dealership with an out the door price already negotiated. When I got there and after having me wait for a long time, another person came to tell me their general manager said he couldn't sell it at the purchase agreement price and couldn't even give me a price at the moment. Very dishonest dealership, don't waste your time here. The lack of communication is within themselves is outrageous. Car price on their website was increased 3k....and it has been sitting there for a month already
