Andrew Tarbill is likely the best sales guy I have encountered in years. While we were still talking, the car I wanted was sold, however, he was very apologetic that we had missed the deal and went on a search to try and find another option. We have not found one, but a great guy.

I wanted the vehicle taken to Kunes in mt Carroll, but in my past experience on a f150 that was supposed to have been transported there from Sterling to Mt Carroll nobody knew where it was when I showed up on the designated date and time we had arranged days ahead of time. They assured me it be there. Sterling is a hour from me due to a recent car accident I’m good on short trips mt Carroll is about 20 minutes away. I hate the bait and switch tactics because I normally do my homework on the particular vehicle that I inquire about before I even see it in person.

I give them 1 star for contacting me. When they thought it wouldn’t be an easy, same day sale, they became rude and unprofessional.

These guys at Kunes are all liars. they tell you things you want to hear. Then promise you and turn around and sell. Not a bit of communication from sales rep. I even asked the person to put a deposit down on it to hold the truck. Two days went by he knew I was coming to get the vehicle I booked my flight and hotel. And sent him flight and hotel arrangements.This was on a Wednesday. NOW I was very diligent explain why I needed the truck and he said it would be a good fit for you. So after I sent him flight and hotel he responds cool perfect. Then he starts tell me the truck needs to be jumped everytime to start it and I asked him if he could drop a battery in it and I would pay for services and parts. He texted me back the truck is 27 years old we are not doing anything to the truck like in CAPS with and attitude. Then I sent another message asking him what else was wrong with the truck such as leaks exhaust ect. On Friday he told me its sold. Scams.
