Great friendly staff and easy process

Ten thousand dollars for a ten year old car is ridiculous. For a fiat five hundred e. There was no discussion on price reduction, another influence was one thousand dollar shipping. Otherwise , the representative was respectful and helpful with information.

Totally uninterested in selling me a car. Told him I was interested in the vehicle, he explained the shocks were bad, I said that's not an issue but I'd still like my mechanic to look at it. He then told me the vehicle was on a lot in another town. I said ok, well will I be able to see it? Dead Air. He repeated the shocks were bad. He never followed up, asked me no questions, nothing. This would have been a simple sale. I wanted the vehicle. I guess business is so good they didn't want to be bothered with me.

I don't think I've ever been in such a disrespectful situation. We never got to meet Tony Peckman personally because he obviously felt embarrassed after the whole situation in my opinion. Drove over 2 hours for an appointment on a specific car that he confirmed even the day before our appointment just to get there & have him blow us off because the car was recently picked up & supposedly sold. Days later he emailed said he wanted to make it right & the car was available again because the others finances didn't work out & so he'd like to bring the car down to us to test drive & possibly drive. I let him know that we are very flexible & would still be interested. Guess what... Never ever heard from the guy again! Just beyond mind blowing & crazy that this is his opinion of good customer service, communication and business. How embarrassing & what a waste of my time & resources! Unfortunate because it really puts a sour touch on their business name! Korf of Ft. Morgan. Lesson learned!
