Sean was pleasant and quite open. The vehicle price was on the high side but I really wanted it so we agreed on a price. A set of tires, brand of my choosing was included. The trade in price was low but after some dickering adjusted to a more acceptable level. The lack of any warranty was not discussed and came to light in the documentation. The car is proving to be trouble free at this time so fingers crossed. I would be more aggressive if I dealt with this dealership again.

Waiting for lot99 to prep the 2010 King ranch with 57k and then ship it to me in Oklahoma. Looking forward to it’s arrival.

The problem is more with the company’s AI email. I drive from Eugene based on the AI email I received stating the car was available, but it had not been delivered yet. About $60 in gas up in smoke. Was supposed to be called the following Monday. Crickets.

They really seem to have that go getta attitude. But unfortunately I think they could have gotten me financed with the truck I wanted......since I just got finance through somewhere else of a more price tag and lower miles.....but I like how they get to u fast and they communicate.

Very polite and friendly, were willing to work with me in pricing and I walked away very happy with my purchase. Will definitely consider making a purchase from May Auto again when the time comes.
