Absolute worst dealership experience I have ever had. Communication was terrible from start to finish. I explained exactly where I needed to be before going to the dealership which was 1.5 hours away from where I live. They were not willing to give me trade in value for my vehicle and or interest rate Al I quality for like several other dealerships would. I was told “we do things old school here”. They were 7k over where I needed to be however I was told they would be able to get there a they were 3% higher for interest rate as well. It was a total waste of time roughly 5 hours spent between driving and sitting at the dealership. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your car buying needs

Quick easy and no deceiving

I am 61 years old. I have purchased a dozen vehicles new and used from dealership throughout Vermont & New Hampshire. I have never had a purchase that was so effective and quick. The vehicle was exactly (if not better) than it was described. Easily, the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle!

They were very quick with their respond I at the moment I couldn't get to the place but they contacted me via email several times regarding the prices and what else I I need it regarding the pricing or the car.

I was very impressed with the care I received from this dealership. They worked very hard to accommodate me in purchasing my Honda passport including letting me take the vehicle for 24 hours to have my own mechanic go through the vehicle before I purchased it.

Price was what was advertised. They answered all of my questions that I had. I decided not to purchase a GMC .

Joke of a deal. Showed up with two certified checks, 50k to purchase the truck after being in contact for a week or so. I dealt with Jesse. Truck had 20k miles and only 2 years old. Paint was pealing off the running boards. And the truck had a VIOLENT shake on the interstate doing 55+, not just a slight vibration, along with what felt like a transfer case shudder. No mention of this. And for 50 THOUSAND DOLLARS how do you not do a SAFETY inspection before having someone get checks out of the bank and showing up to purchase the truck.
