Buying a car is always a process. This was a really great experience. The people were great. Rob was great throughout the whole process. Jeremy, in Finance, was super helpful and made me laugh through that piece. Seriously one of the best experiences.

This was a complete waste of time we will never get back. The salesman didnt know anything out the vehicles and was making up features to try and convince us, thats how the car came. He was not honest and when I asked about the trade in vaule for my car he kept stalling and it look over an hr. We just decided to leave. Other vehicles we looked at were in VERY rough shape (dead battery, visible rust, and infotainment system not functioning). Overall they lack integrity. We do not recommend this place.(my wife was uncomfortable with the whole situation)

I bought a 2020 mini countryman. The whole transaction went smoothly. BMW was one of the only ones that returned my car on the cars I checked on. I’d highly recommend them. Pauline was amazing. She didn’t mislead me or make the transition slow. Everything she said was 100% on point
