overall experience was OK, not great. Communication was goo, they got back to me very quickly. The vehicle was still available when I booked appointment for test drive. The pricing was confusing. It was listed at one price, while talking with the dealer, he mentioned that the price had just dropped by $1,000. but he did'n apply the new lower price. The financing process ws very confusing and a bit questionable. The actual physical building of pre-owned cars was dirty, parking lot was very crowed and concerns of backing out hitting other cars on the way in or out of parking lot.

Horrible shady place price was wrong I was told car was 13,200 when they set all the paper they tag it at 14400, promise full refund and than added some bogus fee they didn’t help me at all they only screw me and try to over price a car so they can get the sale shady place please avoid at all cost

The staff were so amazing , they patiently waited for me more than an hour from the appointment time. If I need another car definitely I’ll reach out to them first before any move

Although I didn't purchase the car I went there to look at, I was extremely impressed by their communication, appointment confirmation and reminders. Equally as impressive was their bustling office. Clean, bright and well staffed. I was greeted immediately and got to see the car quickly. I haven't been in the market for a car in years but this was by far my best experience at a dealership. These people know what they're doing. They give that old adage of "used car salesman" a completely different meaning. Bravo!
