Great experience at Great Lakes Honda. Shane was courteous and professional and completely transparent. He allowed me to take the car offsite and have my mechanic look it over. I found the brakes need replacing. I spoke with my salesman and they installed new brakes. I would highly recommend Shane and the dealership.
