I was contacted, they informed me that the car was sold. They encouraged me to check out other vehicles.

So far my experience with this company has been great. They just received the car and are going through and detailing it. Plus the price offered has not been finalized yet. Very personable salesman.

So the dealer was quick to respond to my question I actually drove down and checked the car out and did end up purchasing the vehicle. So far it just needs typical maintenance after sitting at a car dealership for a while. The dealer didn’t try to push me or sell me. He was happy to negotiate with me and although it looks a little sketchy it actually wasn’t that bad. I would maybe purchase from this dealership again he also followed up a day or two after I purchased the vehicle to see how things were going, and if I was happy with my purchase.

I was so amazed that very fast transaction; and are very friendly and helpful.

Brian and David were great to work with and I had a stress-free and pleasant car buying experience. The car that I purchased had some issues that were resolved in a timely manner to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Levitt Auto Sales to others who are looking to purchase a good used car at a reasonable price.

They do good

Overall bad communication. Day 1 &2, spent time negotiating a price. Day 3 got a PO. Signed and sent back to them. (Decent communication up to this point)….then things started slipping. Day 4 then never called back or sent back signed PO, only until I asked for it on Day 5. Got the fully signed PO and I asked them about next steps(buying remotely) I was then told they lost the keys to the vehicle and it would be a few more days until they can replace them and not to send a deposit yet. Day 7 someone else at Spencer’s sent me a video of the car driving so I asked “oh you found the keys?” so I asked where to send the deposit and next steps…then they tell me that the agreed price on the PO is no longer valid and that they now had another buyer - so they sold it and said I was too slow. Really pretty disappointing on several fronts here.i guess lesson learned here is to put down a deposit first, then finalize price…or just be very wary of if a deal is real or not.
