Didnt allow me enough time to get the down payment all I needed was 2 more days but they sold it before I could get it was very disappointing and there financing wasn’t very helpful

Reached out and spoke to dealership agreed I would.come the next day to see vehicle. Dealer sent vehicle to auction hours before I was to come.

The vehicle was sold before I could look at it.

I feel like they could've taken a little bit better care of me on my purchase. before I left the lot a light came on my dash, I backed up and told them. We shut the vehicle off, the light went off but then came back on a few miles down the road. it never did it on the test drive or I wouldn't have bought it. I paid the asking price on the vehicle, they did however put a new tire on and when that tire came in they tested the battery, it was fine but they replaced it anyway. I do appreciate these things but when trying to figure out why my auto stop/start system is a fail, I felt they kinda just sent me on my way and finally gave me the name of a mechanic who takes the extended warranty I purchased but all this means is I'll be without a vehicle while it's in the shop. i was told the vehicle was taken to Jacksonville and the driver said it was good but I really doubt that. there's no way that light didn't come on for that person so they should've had this taken care of before selling it
