Dealerships near me (Slaton, TX)

The salesman did nothing but lie about the car. The I called the day before and he said the engine is solid no issues what so ever. We get down there and he said the check engine light is on but it’s only O2 sensor so we asked to put a code reader on it and the code was for the crank shaft and not the O2 sensor. He also told my wife he had the oil changed that morning we went to look at it but the sticker on the windshield said it was changed like 2 months earlier. He also said that it only had miner cosmetic damage due to wear and tear on the inside. The car has many spots on the outside that was pealing. Will never buy from this dealership I just can’t trust them.

Price too high

Got in contact, called about 5 times. someone answering the phone saying, "Hi this is Martins how can I help you?" then immedietly starts talking to someone else after I started talking and as soon as I get out "im looking at the-" he hangs up. texted like it says to no avile. Tried getting a car from them but looking how they handled the call, I wont ever try then again

Car has hail damage and it’s not stated on the advertisement of the vehicle

I posted a negative review about my dealer experience yesterday that was factually accurate but didn’t tell the end game story that happened today. The Sales Mgr. @ LT reached out to discuss my concerns and these guys have bent over backwards to make it right. Yes things happen, but their willingness to focus on the customer and make it right was above and beyond. Most don’t care post sale. In my previous post I mentioned the inventory…unmatched in top end vehicles. The transaction experience…easy. Customer experience matters and sometimes it’s not perfect but the LT team took care of me. I would recommend them to anyone and they will be on my short list of dealers for my next vehicle.
