Experience was good, sales staff very good but time to complete purchase process was too long

Salesman and finance managers when I first went in were short and at times condescending. Did not make me feel valued. Would not recommend to family or friends

Tommy Pavlov at Autobarn Mazda of Evanston was simply awesome. He was in constant communication with me through the entire buying process. As we were traveling to see the vehicle from almost 350 miles away, we wanted to make sure that it is available and Tommy made sure that we didn't had pay any advance to book it for just a test drive. The vehicle description was totally bang on. He made the buying and overall process a nice experience for us.

I had a great experience with Jennings Chevrolet. Deb was the sales lady that got in contact with me when I submitted my availability request and was wonderful to work with as she got me information on the car in a timely manner with no bs. When I arrived at the dealership it was nearing closing time since I came from out of town. They had the car pulled up for me and while I test drove, Tim, the used car manager, appraised my car for its trade in value. Their car was in the condition they described it. Tim was great to work with and was very fair in the negotiation process. Once I decided that I was leaving with the Acura, Deb sprung into action getting all my paperwork ready while making sure I was attended to and had all my questions answered. The finance guy Mark(I believe) made the process extremely smooth and easy for me, it took 10 minutes max. Overall, the team at Jennings Chevrolet was personable and helpful to the utmost degree. I highly recommend car shopping here!
