I had the best vehicle buying experience of my life at Kerlin Motor. I was looking for a specific Jeep trim package and color and they happened to have a used one on their lot. When I reached out to them they were quick to respond and were really great communicators. Dave Morgan was the sales rep we dealt with and he went above and beyond to help us make the purchase. My wife and I drove four hours to test drive the Jeep. We called Dave on a holiday weekend, and he responded. The dealership was closed and he still came in on his day off to help us out. We test drove the vehicle, loved it, and made purchase that day. Dave handled all the paper work, which was more than normal since my business was making the purchase. Dave was super friendly, did not pressure us in any way. I would buy another vehicle from them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

The team at Lakeside Chevrolet was great - was a no-nonsense process and made it very easy. Couldn’t believe how easy and quickly I was able to arrive, test drive, make a deal, get financing, and leave with a new vehicle!

I would never go to this business again. They misrepresented the existing damage to the vehicle. They provided photos of two "visible" damages during a walk-around. After driving 90 miles, I found that every rim was damaged, a quarter-panel had accident evidence, there was rust, etc. I dealt with two salespeople. The second actually angered me.

They were very patient with me, and they went out of their way to make sure I got a good, budget-friendly deal! 100% recommend
