From the time I entered the dealership I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. From Steven, who was first to contact me about the vehicle to Daniel the financial manager everyone was receptive and pleasant to speak with. They made me feel like a member of the team and shared stories about themselves and their interests. This made the process a pleasant one. I would recommend giving these guys a try when looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle.

After three emails, they sent a general information email. No follow up

bait and switch operation. they did not want to honor the listed price. They put all sorts of conditions to get to that price and even when I did met all of them they greatly undercut my trade, fudged the numbers to the point where a worksheet showed 41k price with 11k for my trade and the out the door still being 40K. bait and switch
