I had a mixed experience with this dealership. I found a Volvo XC90 online that checked every box for what I was looking for and scheduled an appointment to see it. Because I live over an hour away, I specifically called before leaving to confirm the vehicle was still available. I was told it was. After driving over an hour to the dealership, I arrived to find that the vehicle wasn't even on the lot. I was told someone had taken it home for lunch, and I waited approximately 25 minutes for it to return. When it finally arrived, I learned that a deposit had already been placed on the vehicle earlier that morning. This was frustrating, especially considering I had called ahead specifically to avoid making a long trip for a vehicle that wasn't available. I appreciated being allowed to look at and drive the XC90 anyway, but by that point it was no longer available for purchase. The salesperson told me they would contact me within a few days when another came up, it's been over a week & nada

Dealership was honest and forthcoming about the condition of the vehicle. I was not ready to take on a project.

This car was for my nephew and he wants the car but he has to figure out how to travel to Randolph County from Cumberland to test drive and purchase

They price they advertise is not the price when you contact them, " I can not take the Zurich Shield off. If I take it off my discount will also decrease." so basically they put on a $1500 add on. to me this seems to be common place anymore with dealerships. I probably know more then any sales person they have so I don't want to go in and spend a whole day wasting my time so I prefer Online shopping but then again when you actually can't get the truck for what they are advertising it, is very deceptive.

This was my first ever buying experience without test driving or even touching the vehicle. Everyone at this dealership walked me through the sale evert step of the way. Very happy with the whole experience.
