Dealerships near me (Sheffield Lake, OH)

When I messaged the dealership about more info on vehicle, I received an email the next day from one of the representatives. I then called and spoke to the rep, and said I will get a call back in a few as the sales team is in their morning meeting. Well, never got a call back that day or the next day. I just got an email a couple days later that the car is no longer available. Would be nice to just give the customer a call back.

The staff were very responsive, and offered other options because the vehicle I inquired about had already been put on hold by another buyer. Their professionalism was well above average, and it was evident that they were interested in a positive dealer experience at the outset, not simply selling a car. Highly recommended, and even though the car was taken, I intend to remain in communication with them.

Experience when I got there was terrible, no one greeted me and when I arrived no one ever came out when I checked in. After about 20mins of being there, I left and will never return

Treated poorly, truck was not as described on internet. People rude, not friendly.
