Seller was not well informed on their vehicle’s specs and provided inaccurate information. I didn’t learn that it was incorrect until after the purchase was completed. Sales manager is intimidating and barely willing to negotiate. Not a very pleasant or welcoming experience over all. Caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Car is nice and was a very good deal over all, but after taxes and markup it was just an average deal.

I ended up changing direction from a Sprinter Van to a truck. Dealer’s choice was super easy and low pressure. In the future when I need Sprinter Van they will be my first phone call.

Alright I'm trying to make as detailed as possible. Independent Pre purchase inspection revealed $2700 of Fix to include all the fluids to be changed out and one spark plug. which is an incredible amount of money for something that I wouldn't think would cost that much. They refused. They said that this inspection was just mere recommendations to which I say what is the point of even doing independent inspection . I countered their $14,000 price asking them to apply to $2700 of fixes which they could do themselves in their own shop. And then I asked for an additional $2000 for the hassle and the depression they sent me through because I was sure I was gonna buy this car because I was sure it was gonna pass the inspection. You did not. Absolutely under no circumstances should you buy a used car from the Hyundai dealership in San Luis Obispo Absolutely Do not trust these People

I took a 5 hour ride from Los Angeles to get there test drove the car 30 minutes later I was on the road going back home I love the car smooth driver on the highway.
