No high-pressure sales techniques, and I really like their owner and staff. There were no hidden fees or last-minute surprises, and the final price was exactly as negotiated. I left feeling like a valued customer and totally in love with my Prius. I very highly recommend!

Interacting with this dealership was very stressful. My husband and I live 3 hours away from the dealership. We talked to the salesman, Brian, more than once before we arrived asking him about servicing, condition of vehicle, etc. We did a virtual walk through of the vehicle with pictures and videos. We also “confirmed” specifics about the vehicle with him. We had him to call the bank and confirm those same specifics to get ready to close the deal. After we arrived, he disclosed that the trunk was malfunctioning and he had known 3 days before. My husband, popped the hood to inspect and found that there was not a drop of oil in the vehicle. When questioned about it (Brian told us the vehicle had just been serviced and inspected), he then told us that the vehicle had not been serviced or inspected and that is not something that they do. He said that they get them from the auction and just sell them. He never disclosed this to us until after we arrived. We walked away from the deal.
