after two full weeks of trying to get any photographs of the vehicle and confirmation of the drivetrain I gave up any intertest in the truck; representatives from this dealeraship seemed more interested in playing games instead of selling vehicles

I cannot say enough about how great this place is! The establishment and all the people are the greatest with Neil Roach who was my sales person leading the way! My experience buying my truck, though not as I had planned by after having it for only one day and was traveling away from home I had issue with my truck that was not the fault nor could Neil have anticipated it and I actually got it after a 3 week repair, was fantastic. From day one Neil had another brand new loaner truck in my hands delivered to me. After all was corrected on my vehicle he had my new truck delivered to me 2 1/2 hours away. I cannot recommend Eddie Gilstrap Ford enough. Their integrity, friendliness and customer service is truly head and shoulders above all. They have my lifetime business from now on.

I knew better than to go to Poynter but figured I'd give them one more chance. Truck was absolute junk and they still wanted 30k for it. But thats the Poynter tax everyone knows about. Better to shop elsewhere
