No one ever responded to the inquiry through Car Gurus , Sent a text directly to Kandi…on Tuesday morning automated response saying someone would contact me. soon. No one has yet (Thursday evening now) Went to Kandi Tuesday morning…no one there, doors locked. Car was open so I peeked onn Clean outside, Slightly dirty inside I Purchased a different Crosstrek 100 miles away But reviews carry too much weight these days…I am only one person, with only one limited experience. I see they have Many favorable reviews so perhaps something is simply very WTONG this week. My experience shouldn’t stop anyone else from giving Kandi the benefit of a doubt and checking things out and forming their own conclusions.
