Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Will definitely go back when I need another vehicle!

They were not there. Had appointment set up Called number they gave me. No answer. Left message. Never heard from them again.

They call me back because I had been there the day before and I went back in and even my credit and I test drove a 2018 Ford edge SUV the car was really nice I liked it but once I drove it back to the lot and we set in the office and he was doing some figures to try to get me financed and he was going to give me nothing for my car and he said it was a piece of junk and then needed to go to the junkyard. Personally I didn't like when he used those words I didn't like that he said my calls a piece of junk I know I didn't have air condition in my car but it does get me around where I need to be and my feelings were very very hurt what kind of dealer tells you that I was very unsatisfied with the service I got there I will never go there again I would not even recommend anybody to go there

I applied twice and never heard back from them. I also called them and the guy said to send him my first and last name, still no response. I went by and he said “do an application online”. They are very horrible with communication

Dale is a great salesman made the experience excellent. Also the finance guy was great
