Dealerships near me (Satellite Beach, FL)

I was so ready to buy their Cadillac but they tried to play me for a clown. Here's all the BS I went through... 1. The price listed for the car was fake. The car price was actually $3,000 more than what it was listed for. 2. They don't communicate with each other. I talked to at least 6 different people and nobody knew who said what to who. It was like every conversation was like the 1st conversation. 3. The car had an hole in the bumper, and the engine light was on. I told them to fix the engine light and I'll buy it. Then they tried to bully me by telling me that other clowns were interested in the car and they'll buy it as is. I told them to sell it to the others then because I'm not buying any car with the engine light on! I moved on and brought a better Cadillac with more options for $6,000 less than what they were going to charge me. Ha! They still have their Cadillac listed for sale. I guess none of the others brought it with the engine light on either. They're so goofy.

Please do not buy from this place because they are not professional or honest. They lied to me about the condition of the vehicle I was interested in. I asked the salesman ADRIAN did the car have any issues and he assured me the car was in excellent condition but when I went to see the car the hood had a huge dent in the middle of it. The glove compartment box was missing. The driver seat would not go back and forth. The dashboard cluster was not working it was blacked out therefore the mileage they quoted me was a lie because you couldn't see anything on the dashboard cluster because it was blacked out. The dashboard had wires coming through the top of it. The tires were bald. I asked ADRIAN to be honest with me about the vehicle and he wasn't. PLEASE don't waste your time spending your hard earned money with this place.

I did not purchase the vehicle as added dealer charges increased the price above what I was comfortable paying.

Pushy!!! I told them what I was looking for and that I would contact them. They kept hounding until I finally blocked their phone numbers

We could not work out a deal but very responsive and did not blast me with automated emails.

Good over all experience. Finished the transaction in one trip and drove new vehicle home that day.

This dealer was terrible. The truck looks great online and says it has a clean carfax and no accidents, we got to the dealership after driving TWO HOURS, the truck had been wrecked, scrapes, dings and scuffs all over, the tailgate didn’t line up, the running boards had been replaced, the hood didn’t line up and was a different color. When we asked to speak to the manager he said “oh we didn’t see all that” and then when my husband was angry the manager simply walked away from us. No “I’m sorry” no compensation for our drive or trouble. Just overall terrible experience. Brian, the sales rep, didn’t even introduce himself when we showed up either. 0/10 would NOT recommend.
