Dealerships near me (Satellite Beach, FL)

I was so ready to buy their Cadillac but they tried to play me for a clown. Here's all the BS I went through... 1. The price listed for the car was fake. The car price was actually $3,000 more than what it was listed for. 2. They don't communicate with each other. I talked to at least 6 different people and nobody knew who said what to who. It was like every conversation was like the 1st conversation. 3. The car had an hole in the bumper, and the engine light was on. I told them to fix the engine light and I'll buy it. Then they tried to bully me by telling me that other clowns were interested in the car and they'll buy it as is. I told them to sell it to the others then because I'm not buying any car with the engine light on! I moved on and brought a better Cadillac with more options for $6,000 less than what they were going to charge me. Ha! They still have their Cadillac listed for sale. I guess none of the others brought it with the engine light on either. They're so goofy.

This is a great independent dealer! The pricing was up front, staff friendly, and we really appreciated the transparency with the condition of the vehicle. They gave us the Carfax and a full inspection report. Our sales rep Adrian even took the time to point out the cosmetic defects. It was a smooth process start to finish and we were in and out within an hour. I would recommend them if you are looking for a used car!

Good communication

The overall experience was honestly really great up until I received an email apologizing for the gentleman I had been speaking to admitting he didn't want to respond because someone an employee I believe bought the vehicle I was looking at which is totally fine just came off a little unprofessional to be told I didn't want to respond because I knew it was getting bought

car was not anywhere near the shape it was made out to be. drove 50 miles 1 way to find out the convertible top didn't work. that was the whole point of look at a convertible car. save your time and find a better dealership that will be straight with you.

Good over all experience. Finished the transaction in one trip and drove new vehicle home that day.
