The dealership is amazing! They had the most competitive prices, worked with us on pricing and financing long distance (3 hours away), and had the paper work prepped for signatures and the car fueled and ready to drive away when we arrived. The staff were friendly and did not try to pressure us to buy anything else.

I inquired about a vehicle and immediately received a call from a salesperson who said he would try to make the deal work, although there was a small issue on my end. After that initial call, I followed up by text asking for an update on the status of the process, but I did not receive a response for three days. When he finally called back, he told me we had been approved for the loan and asked if I still wanted the car. I said yes, and he told me he would call me back if they needed anything else from us. After that conversation, he never responded to my texts or calls again. This happened on a Saturday. Two days later, I received a notification from CarGurus that the vehicle I had inquired about had already been sold. The lack of communication throughout the process was extremely frustrating and ultimately made the entire experience feel like a waste of time. It also gave the impression that my business was not valued. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this dealership.
