Communication was good

I had a very poor experience with the sales management team. They would not hold vehicle with a non-refundable deposit, would not allow full pre-payment without being in person. I'm 700 miles away, this was Christmas time, the weather was bad, and was unable to buy in person. Very poor customer service. Salesman Fernando was helpful over the phone.

The price asked was too high for the condition that the car was in. The alignment was off, there was a problmem with the transmission, and both the visors were falling out. These problems should have either been addressed in the listing or fixed before posting to justify the price being asked.
