Returning emails and phone calls promptly is something quite unique now a days, BUT, these guys are definitely on it and doing it. Even sending a full video of the vehicle from the inside and outside is something that no one does, but Nick did it! The test drive, the paperwork, the financing, it all went very smoothly. This is what happens when you have professionals working for you and with you. Totally and completely an AWESOME experience! Will definitely be returning to Crevier BMW for my next vehicle purchase. Viktor helped us and he was honest and transparent the entire process. Mike was also in contact with me about the vehicle that I was interested in. I am pleased with the customer service. I wish there were more photos of the damaged interior. There were a few things that were damaged that weren’t picture in the listing.
