Still debating. I contacted the dealer numerous times in May via email, vmails and text messages with no response until today when I call they actually answered. Will see if they actually call me back tomorrow morning as promised regarding the status of my loan. I’m not holding my breath but never know.

I went with a pre approval and they said my pre approval has nothing to do with them and that I'm not qualified, I even offered more money to put down and they still didn't want to work with me. The sale lady was wonderful but the manager seemed like he just didn't want to work with me idk why and we was very very rude

Car was good but the Melissa had a horrible attitude, rude and lied so refused to purchase. Thankfully ended up finding an amazing deal on a brand new 2026 traverse with 7 miles on it for almost the same price with an amazing sales staff!

Not pleased with their customer service. They have person/AI sending texts after my first visit. They said they were flexible on pricing so I scheduled an appointment. I arrived as scheduled and the vehicle was not available for a test drive as scheduled. We didn’t agree on a price, no issues with that but don’t schedule an appointment if the vehicle is not available.
