I had dealings with Sergio and found him easy to work with—fair and transparent throughout the process. The dealership is small, and the other vehicles on his lot looked well-maintained with no junk. I would recommend giving Sergio a call if you’re looking for a car.

The ad for the vehicle said No Accidents. however, when i asked the salesperson for a copy of the Carfax, it stated that it had been in a minor accident. when i asked the salesperson why it wasnt disclosed, he said something to the affect that it was only "minor" and per carfax " cosmetic???????????? he didnt have any specific knowledge of the incident so how could he know how much damage occurred????? Seems deceiving to me so i purchased another Q5 from another dealership.

Responsive, attentive staff. I worked with Jonathan who was great. I spent about an hour at the dealership because I was looking at different cars. I found one I liked, and the process was painless.

Still in the process of deciding.

I had 1 response to my multiple requests which was to wait for a representative to reach out which they didn’t. So I was not able to speak to a sales representative and no one reached out after I asked many times. I would still like to buy the vehicle as I know they still have it but the response time and the neglect to my inquiries is just unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer for anyone trying to make an honest purchase.
