If interested in one of his vehicles carve out some time with him and set up an appointment. He's busy but will spend 100% of his time answering questions given there's a designated time to discuss. The experience was no nonsense, non haggling, straightforward. He takes pride in his knowledge and business. Solid and pleasant experience.

Disappointed in my experience at Putnam Subaru. The price that was on the website was $5,999.00 they quoted me over 6,000.00. The manager was rude and did not sell me the car due to the price. I was told by the sales person that the manager will not finance the car to me due to the price being to low. Very disappointed in my experience at Putnam Subaru.

I had 1 response to my multiple requests which was to wait for a representative to reach out which they didn’t. So I was not able to speak to a sales representative and no one reached out after I asked many times. I would still like to buy the vehicle as I know they still have it but the response time and the neglect to my inquiries is just unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer for anyone trying to make an honest purchase.
