Bought a 2023 Dodge Charger R/T and overall had a good experience. The staff was helpful, professional, and the vehicle was accurately represented. Communication throughout the process was solid and they answered my questions. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the pricing could have been more transparent upfront and the process took longer than expected. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and would consider doing business with them again.

Travis Owen was most helpful, answered all my questions and researched a couple tech items. Discussed pricing, but there was no pressure or hype. Steve had also worked with me by phone and text before the day of my visit. I found the dealership most professional in all respects, and am still in the decision process whether to purchase this vehicle.

Given my recent experience, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I saw their pictures that they uploaded and everything seemed fine but once I got there, there was a dent in the car that wasn’t disclosed or shown on the pictures. It didn’t bother me enough though so I bought the car. They said they had checked everything and the car was in perfect condition. Less than 24 hours later, I noticed a transmission leak. They helped which was good but once it was getting fixed there was no communication whatsoever. I had to keep calling just to get an update on the car. They never called me. They gave me several dates that the car would be ready but every time it would be the date, they said they found something else that was wrong with the car or needing to order more parts. I even tried calling my service advisor multiple times and she never called back. The only time I spoke to her was when my car was ready and it was in the shop for 2 weeks. I personally wouldn’t buy another car here.
