Process was easy and professional.

the dealer assured me they could get the car I wanted and when I arrived at the dealership they tried to sell me a car that I specifically told them I was not interested in. I was then told they could not get the color I requested. I wasted an hour of my time to be disappointed. Would NOT recommend this dealership.

I drove about 4 hours to this dealership vehicle.for 2024 Chevy suburban.this vehicle has different brand of tires installed.3 Michelins and 1 other brand which look so bad.i ask them u should have same brand tires on this $55000 vehicle and I have been told if u want to buy like this we can’t do anything otherwise u can leave, and I left.they were so unprofessional rude was very disappointed,

My experience was wonderful. Steve Dengler was very helpful, and kept me informed as to when j could pick it up. It had to be md state inspected, 1 part was needed. Jen, in finance, was also wonderful, very professional. All staff, including Theresa, coordinator also, top notch. Great dealership, great people.
