Bronco was not ready to be driven for the appointment made. Person who set the appointment indicated a higher trade in value offer, but then offered less than their online system. Wasted 2hrs of my time. Vehicle smelled bad and is overpriced.

This place was terrible. My daughter and I drove an hour to get this car and they called 10 minutes before our appoinmetemt and told us it was sold. Figured we'd go in anyways and when we got there they were like vultures waiting. Tried to upsell sell us on a loan through for 4000 more than our bank loan. Don't trust them at all. Clearly a bait and switch with intent to take advantage of my teenager.

Don’t be fooled by the photos, and report. Drove from Maine to dealership and I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this dealership to deal with these clowns. Loved the photos of this vehicle, called was told in excellent condition get there this car looks like it’s been side swiped the bumper, the gas cap area have gouges taken down to the metal not buffing out, they show you the best rim on the car, the others have gouges in it, the interior is heavily used and they don’t highlight, tires are spanked on it. They are asking 62,500. I asked out the door price, brought me to 66,000. Asked about them replacing the bumper and tires and rims I was told I was basically crazy. But hey, if you want to spend $65,000 on a vehicle(because they would budge $1000) then get it home and dump and out $5000 minimum in this SUV then show ur parents and loved ones the “steal” you got at the dealership today then by all means this is the SUV for you. Place is a joke. Go else where promise you won’t regret!
