Sales associate was not knowledgeable about vehicle Added CPO fee but was not a CPO car Many extra fees bringing $15k car to at least $21k (for a 10 year old car with 50k miles) and then continued to push to add other warranty options which would have added even more to said balance. Would not try to do business with any paul miller establishment again

Started well with a young sales woman then was passed on the a “manager”. He came across as very aggressive and arrogant! I was willing to still move forward but had second thoughts when was greeted rudely on the day of my test drive. I’m leaving names out because my intent is only for those involved to learn and grow from this!

Price gouged me. I was pre approved for the car when contacted by rep they began asking me a million and one questions. They all of a sudden needed a complete credit reported claimed i owned a car that wasnt mines. Then they doubled the cost of car in fees and misc things. Tried to convince me to sign contract without even setting eyes on car under guise that the car was popular and might be sold at any moment. How could that be since i was already pre approved and you had all my personal info. Avoid this place at all cost. Bad credit doesnt equate desperate nor dumb.

The vehicle was nice and clean and we ended up buying it. I was not impressed with the miscellaneous fees they tacked on. After talking the fees down a little they made us sign a paper that the car is being bought as is and accept that it comes with no warranty. When Questioned they claimed they would "obviously" take care of any issues that come up. They seem a little shady especially since I asked in advance about miscellaneous fees and was told there would not be any.
