I have purchased 9 vehicles in my lifetime and this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I purchased this vehicle online based on the pictures, conversations with the salesman, the written description and 2 videos. I had the vehicle delivered as I didn't live close to the dealership. When I finally saw the vehicle in person, the temperature units were in Celsius. After numerous phone calls, I was told this cannot be changed because it is a Canadian model. After more research, I was told by the manufacturer that the factory warranty is also void because it's a Canadian model. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed because this was never disclosed to me before the purchase. Had I known it was a Canadian model, therefore voiding the factory warranty, I would have never purchased this vehicle. The dealership refuses to take the vehicle back or even offer to provide and pay for a warranty to make up for the voided factory warranty. Worst experience ever. Buyer beware

I had a terrible experience. I paid $5000 for this car and didn't get more than 2 miles away before I had trouble with it. Within 2 and a half days, the head gasket blew and the engine was ruined. The dealer said that they checked the car in their shop and that it was in good condition. When I asked the dealer to refund me or to allow me to apply what I had spent to another vehicle , they offered to allow us to use a portion of our original payment toward one of two high mileage vehicles. We would essentially be paying $10,000 for a vehicle that has 185000 miles on it.
