Dealer called me to try and get me in the door, I explained that I was 2.5 hours away and wanted to negotiate tentative terms regarding price and my trade-in. The rep said she'd "see" if she could get a salesman to call me back. Guess they didn't want my money.

My experience was fine. We didn’t spend too long at the dealership which is a nice change, these guys were ready to rock and roll. My salesman was cool. The verbiage in the description of the CPO can be better written. It says the certification is available making it seem like it’s optional but it’s not. The certification has already been completed and it’s on the buyer to cover it so that does add onto the final price, and it’s non negotiable. So either pay for the certification or walk out with out the vehicle. That being said the Finance manager did a good job explaining the certification and all my other questions which led me to purchasing the car at the end. I was surprised that they didn’t wash the car upon delivery and they left me with an empty tank of gas.

We have been in touch trying to work on a 2019 Sprinter, so far good….
