John Paul greeted me at the door with a nice small and took time for me to talk about my car interest also a test drive. I enjoyed the beautiful showroom as well as the sales manager assisting me to accommodate my buying experience but to no avail since I was tied into 3yrs to pay off my current vehicle. They both were extremely grateful I had driven over 60 miles to view that particular vehicle since I once had a 2014 black Ford Taurus that was totaled in 2021 and it was parked at my apartment and ruined my dream car that I so loved but maybe one day soon I will be able to have another. Thanks

I asked about the condition of the seats since I was driving 2 hours. Salesperson said they would send pics. She never did. When I go there there was 2 years in the passenger seat and well as the taillight cracked. We asked if the tears could be repaired and was told that they didn’t sell Toyotas so she didn’t know. When asked about the taillight she said well it’s not a new vehicle. Needless to say we walked away and wouldn’t return because of the attitude the lady had.
