Great buying experience. No games on the price or extra fees. Would buy another car from this dealer again.

The car was posted at a lower price. Went to see the car. Bought the car and was charged more than the price listed. The car has some damage and smelled like beer. The salesman was talking crap about me behind closed doors. They told me they would call me the next day to set up tire replacement and didn't call until I left a bad google review. Went to go get the tires and on my way after only having the car 6 days the oil light came on. Dealer refused to address the oil light or tires unless I deleted my review. Never provided the inspection report they charge you a ton of money for.

Refused to answer questions about the car, via email. Makes you wonder, why won't you put it in writing? Wouldn't recommend

The trade in process was seamless and fair, as was the overall negotiation....quick, easy, and stress free. The deal was a win/win, I had a satisfying ride home in my new Edge, and no next morning regrets. It was a good day. When the need arises in the future Mahwah Ford will get first shot.
