This place was on the verge of harassment in bad way I spoke to some the night I acquired about a truck and explained i was heading out of town emergency on FAMILY business talk to her when I get back. For 3 day's had told six different salesperson I was taken care of they kept calling me and it was hard trying to take care of family emergency when phone going off left an right plus sales manger try to tell me the person I spoke too was not at that dealership which is odd he didn't know his own people and I even sent him notice I would not be using Pegasus to buy my truck and they still two times today try to sell me a vehicle

If I could leave a no star I would. Salesperson was nice. But the truck wasn’t there after setting up an appointment, them confirming it was available. 4 times, once even after I was inside the building. Bait and switch!

Everyone was helpful. Finance person was not straight forward, finance people do what finance people do try to get you to commit to higher payments than necessary. After refusing to do deal they always somehow pull their/a “rabbit” out of the hat and tell you how much effort they had to do to get the deal done. This such a boring and tired way of doing business. He was the only glitch in the deal.

Shawn was an awesome salesman. Due to us living 2 hours away, he allowed us to work a tentative deal over the phone so when we got there and checked out the vehicle, he made the process very quickly. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had

Contacted me and gave the appearance he wanted to work with me and then never returned my call, ignored voice mails and emails. Ghosted me!! Very unprofessional. All he had to do was let me know we couldn’t make a deal for whatever reason.

The salesman has been very evasive answering questions about pricing. I was hoping to be able to make a deal at this dealership and the response has been terrible. Every other dealership I have talked to has been more accommodating.
