I purchased my car from Mohawk Honda online because they were over 3 hours away. We did everything by email, text and phone. Originally, another person had put an offer on my car so they were very classy and let me know the car was no longer available but they would let me know if the sale falls through. True to their word i received a call from my sales person to see if I was still interested. After just a few inter actions by phone and email they had me vetted and all the paper work approved. I was very nervous about driving over three hours to do the final transaction but it was totally seamless and I was on my way home within an hour. Their finance guru Frank was awesome and only offered me services/warranties that made sense since I was from out of state. In addition, my sales person Jackson was excellent as well and made this a wonderful experience. I would absolutely recommend working with Mohawk Honda to get a great price and honest service/support.

If you don’t know much about vehicles you should take someone with you that does and look the vehicle over. I called and talked to him about a truck, tells me it’s a decent pu, so I drive 2 hrs to look at it. Wow his decent and my decent must be two different things, the truck was scratched on both sides most of the way down the vehicle, it has broken front springs, I start it up and it’s got a wining noise like an idler bearing maybe alternator or air pump going bad. Told him what I found and he replied I can fix that stuff. My thought is if your a dealer and trying to sell a vehicle wouldn’t you fix it first??? No thanks not interested!

I would like to give a big thanks to the 2 brothers that own this car dealership. The communication, the price, the cleaning of the vehicle, the vehicle being what it actually is on there website, the fiancing process, the inspection on the vehicles, the dealership itself being clean indoors and outdoors, the paper work and all. I would recommend anyone to visit this place and there online website. I would also like to give this place a 5 star review in my opinion.
